    • Non-Quality Issues: For any reason, as long as the return conditions are met, you may request a return. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price of the item.

    • Customized products: All customized products do not support refunds.

  • Accessories:If accessores come with the order, they must be return with the item as a whole package.

2. Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team via info@Streamhare.com and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Obtain Return Authorization: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and send you a return authorization and the return address.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Please package the item securely and ship it back to the return address we provide. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Special Cases:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover all associated costs.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover all associated costs.
